Brian has appraised more than 1,000 properties with market values ranging from $150,000 to $90,000,000 in 25 states since 2003. Brian's experience includes the appraisal of vacant land, agricultural, special-purpose, office, retail, hotel/motel, industrial, and multi-family development. Also have experience with Right-Of-Way acquisition appraisals on projects throughout the State of Texas. Brian has participated in commissioners’ hearings and court testimony.

Brian earned a BBA in Finance from the University of North Texas in 2003 and served in the US Marines from 1996 to 2000. Brian has been licensed as a state certified general appraiser since 2006 and earned his MAI designation in 2016.

Hilary's experience includes the valuation of land, office, retail, multi-family, industrial/warehouse and special purpose properties in the DFW Metroplex since 2006. Hilary also has experience with Right-Of-Way acquisition appraisals in the DFW Metroplex and has performed valuation of over 100 lodging facilities nationwide.

Hilary earned a BBA in Real Estate and Management from Baylor University in 2003. Hilary has been licensed as a state certified general appraiser since 2008 and earned her MAI designation in 2018.
